Neue Betrugsmasche angeblicher Fakeartikel / fjodkir-0

    • Aaaaaaaaaaaalso,

      Hello Marco,
Thanks for contacting eBay and for providing us your document in English. I am here to assist you.
I have proactively submitted a manual refund correction to make sure you are taken care of. We typically set the expectation of a refund resolving itself within 72 hours, but this correction will complete in no more than 5-7 days if there were to be a problem with the refund.
Please be advised that your issue has been escalated to our corrections team. The case will be re investigated and the proper corrections will be made if deemed appropriate. Don’t worry, once I received a response for the request that I made, I will get back in touch with you via email as soon as possible.
I hate to see you lose money on this sale so I will make this case my top priority. I just need your patience towards this transaction.
Erstattungs-Korrektur.
Ok, sieht erstmal nicht ganz schlecht aus. Hoffentlich entscheiden die Entscheider in Deinem Sinne. Wird ihnen wohl nicht leicht fallen, denn
"I hate to see you lose money" wurde geschrieben, aber eigentlich handelt ebay immer nach der Maxime "We hate to lose money".
