Hinterhältig an diesem Shop ist auch, dass an der angegebenen Adresse tatsächlich einmal ein Fahrradgeschäft existierte. Dieses sieht man auch bei Google Maps / Street View noch (auf den Bildern eines gegenüberliegenden Geschäfts).

Zudem gibt es im Ort noch ein weiteres Geschäfts mit sehr ähnlichem Namen. Habe im Internet dazu folgendes gefunden: "Der Betrieb an der Hörsterstraße wurde noch einige Jahre von unserem ehemaligen Mitarbeiter B[..] H[..] (Name aus Impressum) eigenverantwortlich weitergeführt, bis der Laden 2017 geschlossen wurde und Herr H[..] wieder an die Gildenstraße kam."

Danke an das Board, wäre echt beinahe reingefallen.

I have informed the GERMAN police (pm me for file number) and my bank. I hope the cancel the transaction in time. Its a pitty that this is happening to me 2 days after moving to beautiful Germany. I am aware of scams but I checked at google maps to see if there is an actual shop in the coresponding address and I though it is a legimate website. Wish I could find your post sooner.

The bank account was known here at 28.09 00:55 and later the day the bank account had been reported to the bank as been used fraudly.
You can post your police file number here as it does not contain personal details and only the officals have the details.

It makes police work easier to club certain files or have a leading police office.

I paid on 28/09/2021 01:03:40 in the morning and inform the greek bank that this is a Fraud account on the 29/09/2021 at around 11 am. The transaction was executed with high priority will wait to see if I get my money back from the bank the upcoming days.

Thanks for the file number. DId you ask your bank for a recall?
Did you use " Instant Payment " German " Blitzüberweisung " ?

@vespin I have just arrived in Frankfurt and for this reason I used my Greek bank account and made a transfer with high priority* (do not know how fast it is executed I guess a few hours later). I recalled the transaction on the 29/09/2021 at around 11 am. I have as well informed via email the PFS.



*If you select High priority, your account will be debited immediately and your order will be sent with same day value date. The option of same day value is available when your payment order is submitted in EUR, USD or GBP currency

Fingers crossed that the bank can recall the payment as you have used " high priority ".

Just for the future : Never use this feature again if it is not your doctor, friends, parents or what so ever.
If something looks fishy. It mus te be fishy. In thats the case here.

The scammers state by intetion following :

" Tip: Use your bank's real-time transfer service and benefit from prioritized processing of your order. "

With this the money is directly on the bank drop and then moved onwards to crypto currency. The money is normally funded to the bank drop instantly !!!!!

If you see that only upfront payment as payment mentiond is mentioned : DON`T BUY !!!

@vespin Thanks for the tips. I am usually very carefull and double check but I guess this time I was too tired to google or check bank accounts e.t.c. When did you report this account? At what time on the 28th?

I did not report it. Someone for sure did in the early timeframe picking it up from here.

Hope at least that you`re bank can do anything and PFS can give you a proper answer who is the owner of this account
