Seit etwa drei Jahren sind im Bereich Internet-Betrug die sogenannten "Fake-Shops" stark im Kommen. Mittlerweile haben sie dem üblichen Betrug über eBay oder die Kleinanzeigen wohl schon den Rang abgelaufen. "Schuld" daran sind in erster Linie die Käufer selbst mit ihrer "billich will ich"-Mentalität.
Anstatt hochwertige Ware dort zu kaufen, wo es die Vernunft gebieten würde, nämlich bei renommierten online-Anbietern oder im stationären Handel, geben sie den Artikel ihres Begehrs bei Google (!!) ein und klicken dort dann einfach den obersten Treffer an.
Die Käufer lassen dann auch im weiteren Verlauf jede Vorsicht und gesunden Menschenverstand völlig außen vor. Täglich gehen hier bei Auktionshilfe Dutzende von Meldungen ein, in denen regelmäßig der Satz vorkommt "Es wirkte alles völlig seriös". Allerdings fehlt ebenso regelmäßig jede Erklärung, was denn um Himmelswillen an einem Shop, der erst wenige Tage / Wochen existiert und bei dem nichts außer Vorkasse per Überweisung möglich ist, eigentlich "seriös" sein soll...
1.) Im Impressum steht irgendein Name, irgendeine Adresse, die in aller Regel vom Käufer nicht ernsthaft überprüft oder hinterfragt werden. Häufig werden sogar einfach die Daten eines real existierenden Händlers missbraucht. Würde ein Käufer sich die Mühe machen, derart missbrauchte Daten bei Google einzugeben, würde er dann damit direkt auf eine ganz andere Seite stoßen. Und würde er sich die Mühe machen, die auf dieser anderen Seite angegebene Telefonnummer anzurufen, würde der echte Datenbesitzer ihm sagen, daß er mit der Fake-Seite nicht das Geringste zu tun hat. In anderen Fällen existiert die angegebene Adresse garnicht oder es handelt sich um ein Mietshaus oder es ist eine Kirche oder eine Schule oder oder oder oder. Leider macht sich nur wenige Käufer die Mühe,

Als Zahlungsmöglichkeiten sind in den Fake-Shops auf der Startseite fast immer diverse Zahlungsmöglichkeiten angeboten, unter anderem Paypal, Kauf auf Rechnung, Zahlung mit Kreditkarte etc. Wenn man dann aber tatsächlich bezahlen will, ist mit irgendwelchen schwachsinnigen Begründungen plötzlich nur noch Vorkasse-Zahlung per (Sofort)-Überweisung möglich. Trotzdem zucken die Käufer, die nur noch ihr bereits im virtuellen Einkaufswagen liegendes Schnäppchen im Kopf haben, mit den Schultern und akzeptieren diese haarsträubenmde Abwicklung, obwohl sie doch ursprünglich nur mit Paypal zahlen wollten, anstatt dann an dieser Stelle
3.) Überwiesen wird dann kritiklos auf irgendein Bankkonto, das die Betrüger entweder im Shop hinterlegt haben oder erst später per Mail schicken. Dabei interessiert es die meisten Käufer überhauptnicht, daß dieses Bankkonto oft irgendeiner Privatperson gehört, die mit dem "Shop" in keinem Zusammenhang steht. In vielen Fällen merken die Käufer nichtmal, daß sie grade auf ein Bankkonto irgendwo im Ausland überweisen, weil sie keine Ahnung haben, wie das europäische IBAN-System aufgebaut ist.
4.) Allerdings bedeutet natürlich auch eine deutsche IBAN nicht, daß es sich um einen seriösen Shop handelt. In der Regel stehen den Betrügern fast unbegrenzt deutsche Bankkonten zur Verfügung, hauptsächlich bei den einschlägigen online-Banken, bei denen praktisch keine sichere Verifizierung der Daten bei Kontoeröffnung stattfindet. Bei vielen Fake-Shops zeigt sich später, daß praktisch jeder Käufer auf ein anderes Bankkonto überwiesen hat.
5.) Irgendwelche "Gütesiegel", die auf der Startseite gezeigt werden, sind häufig gefälscht. In anderen Fällen ist das Siegel von "Trusted Shops" oä zwar echt, aber wenn man dann dort mal die Bewertungen anschaut, zeigt sich fast immer, daß sämtliche Bewertungen nicht älter als 1-2 Wochen sind und erstaunlicherweise alle Bewerter nur 1-3 Punkte haben. Und wenn man sich diese "Bewerter" dann mal genau anschaut, erkennt man schnell, daß die auch alle gefälscht sind. Die Profilbilder wurden einfach irgendwo im Net kopiert.
Zusammenfassend bleibt zu sagen, daß die Betrüger erkannt haben, daß inzwischen die Käufer im Internet längst auch das letzte bißchen Vorsicht verloren haben und wahlllos alles anklicken, was irgendwie günstiger ist als der durchschnittliche Marktpreis bei seriösen online- oder stationären Händlern.
Die Betrüger machen sich häufig garnicht mehr große Mühe, ihre Aktivitäten irgendwie zu tarnen oder zu verschleiern. Manche starten praktisch jeden Tag den gleichen Betrugsshop, nur mit anderem Shop-Namen. Oft stehen im Impressum dieselben Namen oder Adressen, manchmal ändert sich nur die Hausnummer. Die Leute klicken und kaufen, als gäbe es kein Morgen mehr, zum Teil verschwinden über einen einzigen Shop 6stellige Summen in die Türkei, in anderen Fällen hat ein Täter bei einem Shop, der nur eine Woche online war, über 10 verschiedene Bankkonten zigtausend Euro eingesackt. Und das funktioniert jede Woche mit einem anderen Laden und anderen Konten. Und es werden immer mehr,
Daß es einfach nicht möglich ist, daß ein Anbieter, den es vor kurzem noch garnicht gab, das gesamte Sortiment vom Media-Markt mindestens 10% billiger als jeder andere Verkäufer anbietet, wollen viele Käufer einfach nicht wahrhaben. Ebensowenig wie die Tatsache, daß
